Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly. Their teams are friendly, up front and always try to do what’s right for the customer (not just trying to sell more services or products). I feel confident in their service and enjoy their staff. Absolutely recommend them for any work that you need done, no job is too big or too small!

I have used Hobbs Plumbing for years. They have installed fixtures, helped with a leak and took care of a clogged drain at my personal home. They have also helped out with a clogged drain at a rental property along with a leak at another rental property. The prices always seem to be in line and the response time has always been great. I recommend Hobbs without question.

Had previously used but never again. Left two bathrooms dirty from installation of two toilets and four sinks. Returned second day to compete order and did not fix the problem instead backed their truck into my lawn and left a large rut and broke a sprinkler head in the process. I was billed over $1700 and no one ever called me about my complaint about mess left in bathrooms or my lawn. Unacceptable.

W.H. Hobbs can be trusted to get the job done. We have used Hobbs over the years and they are always professional, timely, and reliable. Recently, our hot water heater gave way and Hobbs took great care of our family. You can depend on the Hobbs team.

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.

They installed a pump in my house. The pump cracked after 2 months. They removed the pump and were to install a new one. Can Not get a call back or any communication anyone!! They keep telling Brandon plumbing manager will call me back. Still waiting! Just not right!!
